Guerda Amazan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nouvel Élan Immobilier (NÉI). A multidisciplinary strategic leader, she brings nearly 35 years of experience in management, governance, organizational development, economic development, and real estate.

Throughout her career, she has led, designed, and implemented large-scale programs, public policies, and strategic initiatives across the public, community, and private sectors, both in Québec and internationally. Her expertise has been developed at the intersection of strategic management, governance, organizational development, multi-sector collaboration, and the creation of sustainable partnerships.

For nearly 20 years, she has been active in the residential and commercial real estate sector. She has supported hundreds of individuals, businesses, and investors in achieving their real estate goals by advising them on acquisition strategies, investment opportunities, financing, negotiation, and risk management. Her approach combines professional rigor, strategic vision, and personalized guidance.

Alongside her professional career, Guerda Amazan has been deeply committed to community development. She has served on several boards of directors, participated in strategic committees, and led numerous initiatives focused on economic development, equal opportunity, social inclusion, women’s leadership, and collaborative governance.

Her expertise has also led her to represent her country and various organizations before international institutions, including the United Nations (UN), the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), the Organization of American States (OAS), and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), where she contributed to initiatives related to governance, development, women’s rights, and public policy.

Her dedication and leadership have earned her numerous distinctions, including the King Charles III Coronation Medal, the Parliament of Canada Medal, the Honorary Award from the Gala SDE, the Zafèm Business Recognition Award, the Next Level Entertainment Recognition Award, as well as several certificates of merit recognizing her exceptional contribution to community and societal development.
