Guerda Amazan is the founder and CEO of Nouvel Élan Immobilier (NÉI). A multidisciplinary strategic leader, she brings nearly 35 years of experience in management, governance, organizational development, economic development, and real estate.

Throughout her career, she has led, designed, and implemented programs, public policies, and major projects across the public, community, and private sectors, both in Quebec and internationally. Her expertise has developed at the intersection of strategic management, governance, organizational development, multi-sector collaboration, and the creation of sustainable partnerships.

For nearly 20 years, she has been active in the residential and commercial real estate brokerage sector. She has guided hundreds of individuals, businesses, and investors in realizing their real estate projects, advising them on strategies for acquisition, investment, financing, negotiation, and risk management. Her approach combines professional rigor, strategic vision, and personalized guidance.

Alongside her professional career, Guerda Amazan has been actively involved in community development.

She has served on various boards of directors, participated in strategic committees, and spearheaded numerous initiatives promoting economic development, equal opportunity, social inclusion, women’s leadership, and collaborative governance.

Her expertise has also led her to represent her country and various organizations before international bodies—including the United Nations (UN), the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF), the Organization of American States (OAS), and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC)—where she contributed to work on governance, development, women’s rights, and public policy.

Her commitment and leadership have earned her several honors, including the King Charles III Medal, the Parliament of Canada Medal, the SDE Gala Honorary Award, the Zafèm Business Recognition Award, and the Next Level Entertainment Recognition Award, as well as various certificates of merit acknowledging her outstanding contribution to the development of her community and society.
